Rights.

WeeklyGameDeal reserves the right to cancel or delay any order without notice at its own discretion for any reason including: unverified or erroneous billing, 3rd party shipment not affiliated with the cardholders details, offensive or unprofessional response from any of our cliental, or the merchandise ordered was discontinued. Any order not able to verify, process, item not available or discontinued within 3 days automatically without notice. WeeklyGameDeal reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Obligation.

WeeklyGameDeal will make all reasonable efforts to make quick deliveries. Merchandise in stock will usually ship within 48 hours of order receipt. Some items shown may not be in stock at the time of order and stock is shipped on first come first serve basics. We do not ship back orders, but we welcome your re-orders. Returns & Refunds.

All returns must include the original model number and item. Any item found defective upon arrival is repaired under warranty immediately. All returns for exchange or credit must be shipped prepaid, unopened and sealed, if package was open it must have all the items that came with it. Any package not shipped to WeeklyGameDeal prepaid will be refused. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. Make sure you order the right item, there is a 30% re stocking fee. In case of cancellation of an order a full refund will be applied to your account (if the order has not been shipped). If the order has been shipped, we will charge you with the shipping costs and refund you what you paid for the product. Note that a credit issued can appear on your statement any where between 7 to 21 days or up to 2 billing cycles.

All products advertised on the website, catalog and store are brand new factory sealed models, unless otherwise specified on our products page. All of our products are backed up by full factory and manufacturers limitations warranty only. WeeklyGameDeal does not offer any store or extended warranty of any kind. We will gladly ship your defective items that are under warranty to the manufacturer for you. There will be related shipping charges which is not covered under warranty. Customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. There is no warranty on: bundles; points; subscriptions; used items. These items listed may not be returned for any reason. Some larger packages and other heavier items such as complete systems, multiple box shipments, require additional handling charges. Please contact WeeklyGameDeal for more info on shipping rates. WeeklyGameDeal ships to P.O. boxes, APO & FPO and all other military bases. WeeklyGameDeal requires a physical street address through out the U.S. only. WeeklyGameDeal packs all packages very securely for the time in transit. WeeklyGameDeal is not responsible for damages made to the merchandise in transit. You the customer must file claim with carrier. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. Shipping that we pay to ship these items to you is not "refundable" or "exchangeable". Ground shipping to western states takes 1-3 business days, mid western states 3-5 business days, east coast 5-7 business days. Additional handling charges such as: Over size shipments, over weight items, Insurance, adult signature & confirmation of delivery will be added to all orders placed and the charge will be added to your order when being processed.

Tracking numbers are issued on most shipment. You will get an e-mail with the tracking information of your package within 24 to 48 hours after your merchandise was shipped. If you don't receive an e-mail it maybe because of your Mailbox Option such as:

If you have this options ON the e-mail may not be delivered to you because we use an automatic E-mail system. You E-mail carrier will detect it as Junk or Spam and it will be deleted unless you turn off the Options.
